The Coach, Necessary or Unnecessary?

Coaches are the best teachers.

Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.


A coache is very common when you see a professional athlete practicing her/his skill. Why is the person common? I think the person is necessary if you want to have some skills within a short time. There are three reasons why he/she is necessary: giving reasonable stree, a feedback, and a time efficiency.

I believe a human being is basically lazy. Nobody wants to do something that is not related to herself/himself. However, she/he starts to do it when he/she is under reasonable stress. The stress depends on what she/he wants. I think the people who have succeeded in their life have been keeping this stress by themselve. That is why they can keep doing someting to help them. The coach can keep giving the stree to her/his student because the coach doesn't have to be under the stress. It must work well if the student overcomes the stress well.

The second reason is the freedback. You cann't see your face without a mirror. If you want to think about yourself, you have to find something can show you yourself. There is not the mirror that can reflex what you think, so you need the coach who can guess what you think. Because there is no way to know yourself without his/her guessing, it could be wrong. Everything has pros and cons, I think the pros is larger than the cons in view of improving your skill. Finding the proper freedback is the job of the coach.

The last reason is the coach can make it in a short time, it means it is time efficient. You must want more to give up what you are doing without the coach's stree, and you must not be able to get a bigger acheivement without the coach's feedback. I will take a long time to get to find the problem of yourself by yourself because you can not see yourself. Therefore, the coach can save a lot of time to get some achievement.

These tree reasons make me to believe the exellent coach is necessary to get great achievement.
